General Meetings
Our meetings are held at Ridgemont Baptist Church in Abilene, TX on the second Monday of each month. We begin with dinner together at 6 pm with our meeting beginning at 6:30 pm.
Each person will check in at the membership table and receive tickets for door prizes and can purchase tickets for the drawing for the Penny Mini. The Penny Mini fund is used to help members who are in need pay for dues or classes.
Visitors will also check in at the membership table and receive a name tag and tickets for door prizes. We are so excited to have visitors!
Once the meeting has been called to order, the meeting agenda will be discussed. At the end of the meeting, show and tell will begin. This is a chance or everyone to show what they have been working on that month. It is fun and inspiring to see what everyone has been working on!
Quilt Show Meetings
The Quilt Show Committee meets every first Thursday of each month at 5:30 pm at Ridgemont Baptist Church. These meetings are open for members to attend and plan the quilt show for the upcoming year!
Executive Board Meetings
The Executive Board meets once a month.
